Connecting with housing

Hello there good people. As many people are hitting the 'housing crunch' on St. Croix, I have often assisted with connecting with a Realtor who specializes in what you may be looking for in terms of your plans for living. I am most connected with one agency in particular due to the extreme effort they put into my securing a property, and how well they paid attention to detail for someone who had to do a lot of work 'long distance'.

I don't charge for this. I may someday be a Realtor, however at this time, it is the natural progression of helping people who are going through what I did three years ago. When I came for my pre-move visits (PMV's), there were none posted on this board. I started to use my apartments for that, and now it has taken a life of its own with many people who also want to help.

If you think making a connection with someone here to assist in some way would be helpful, please just let me know and I will ensure that you are put in touch with a Realtor that would seem to be a match for your needs. Often, people do their last PMV without having this lined up, and I must scramble to help. This may be helpful in having a smoother flow.
