I'm trying to figure out what the true replacement value of my home if it were to suffer a 100% catastrophic loss, STX. Does anyone have current average construction costs/sq ft. Or any tips on figuring out if you have too little or too much insurance? Thanks in advance

In replacing a 100% masonry building in STT I have been quoted $500-600 a sq. ft.

wow, is that with a concrete roof as well? That would put my replacement cost at ~3x the original purchase price!
