Hi all.
I am looking for a construction inspector/supervisor for concrete decks being built around my house.
Probably need 2-3 site visits to oversee what contractor is doing.
Property is on STT.
Any recommendations?

Perhaps you could contact an engineer or a reputable home inspector for a consultation.

Not sure if home inspector will do. The one I used on house purchase costs me at least $100K in missed items. Perhaps having a civil engineer taking a look at deck foundation is best.
I only found bid firms interested in big jobs and not willing to look at the project. I think smaller independent person may be more interested in doing quick assessment and pocketing some cash.
