FYI...

Gold Mine spent the past two days removing all of the plant material that had been dumped on the corner lot next to the dumpster site. There is now a NO DUMPING sign posted in the middle of the lot. This afternoon there were two uniformed WMA officers at the location.

wonder how long that will last??? the dumping there makes it hard to see when pulling out.
i have seen alot of people dumping there who do not live in the area. yard workers dumping the brush.

think someone will be posted there on the weekend???

I can dream, Dixie. I wonder if that bin area that they are building in Peter's rest will have a place for the bush? I know it's crazy to compare but the bin sites in Hawaii had a bin for trash, construction stuff, metals and yard waste. A local would sit under an umbrella and coach you then dis you if you did it wrong.

The huge pile of bush was an eyesore, plus it blocked my "drive by" view of the Mall area.

I have been told that they are going to fix up the CVDump like they did that other one.
Too bad they can't relocate it. It's an eyesore.

I agree. It's awful convenient.

My worry is that it's getting dangerous. People peel off the East End Road into the dump area without looking for traffic on the CV road.

Didn't see any WMA people at the site today. Nothing dumped in the corner lot, either.
