I would say the below listed craigslist ad is probably a scam. Typhoon shutters? $750 in St. John? Dogs ok? Cats ok? weekly trash pick up? Just a few clues here.

I like the ones that say they have heated parking!

offered as 1 BR, but in the comments it states 'bedrooms'. Red flag!

Central A/C in 1 BR/ 1 BA = wall unit in the center of the wall.
