It says their plant is due to come on line in December. Where are they building it? Anyone know?

Their south shore properties on St Croix have looked abandoned for a long time now.

The three creditors are asking the court to put Tibbar into involuntary Chapter 7 bankruptcy, over a mere $236,763 in unpaid bills?

I'm sure to the creditors who are owed the thousands of dollars,it isn't a "mere" sum. They've probably been trying to collect their money for a long time before opting for this chapter 7 route.

Given the prior reputation of the principals of Tibbar, I find it unsurprising.

If they raised over a hundred million in capital, it shouldn't be a problem for Tibbar to pay off $250 thousand in debt. Peanuts.

Have you seen where they're growing the king grass?
Are they actually growing it in great quantities?
It's been 3 years.

Yup, they had a few "test" fields..

I harvested from there several times (south shore location), the grass would reach 10'+ tall when they watered it

If they want to stay out of bankruptcy they need to switch to a different kind of grass. 😎

If you want some KIng Grass for your property, just go over to the South Shore lot and dig up a shovel full and replant it.
