Has anyone seen the photos of the Crowley container ship that ran aground on Sandbridge beach in Virginia Beach, Virginia? I just saw the photos on CNN's inews. I guess they were coming down from their port in NJ and got caught in the storm. I sure hope none of those containers were bound for the USVI.

Sauceress, go to The Virginianpilot.com They have a good video. That thing is about to hit the fishing pier. Sure hope they were able to stop it.

We were washing the local NYC news last night and they said the containers had "hazardous materials." No further explanation of hazardous materials was given. KJ

Initially I heard it reported that there was Chlorine tanks on board - any reports of it being back under tow??

Probably a bad time to ask, but did Crowley stop doing LTL from the states<<unless it`s a car(I know a few years ago stopped from the DR)?
