You won't be able to go from Cuba to any US port ( that I know of), you'll have to go through another country or island and then probably Puerto Rico. You will need to get creative with your routing...for instance Cuba to Jamaica to San Juan to St. Thomas. Or maybe Cuba to Cancun to Miami to St Thomas. STJ doesn't have an airport so you'll need to catch a ferry from St Thomas. Only a suggestion, there may be other ways that I'm not aware of... But don't look for US carriers to get you out of Cuba. Check out Air Jamaica, British West Indies Airlines, LIAT, oh, Air Sunshine has flights from FT Lauderdale to Gauntanamo Bay (maybe more for military), of course check out Air Canada, maybe Mexicana or Aero Mexico. Any carrier that isn't US. If you don't have a travel agent check out the web sights for the airlines, there should be a link for their route maps and that will let you know if they serve Cuba or not. Good luck.
