Would it be possible to live in St. Thomas and attend culinary school in Tortola. I know the ferries run between them but they do stop at certain times. Are there boat taxis that run later than the ferries.

for the interisland ferries in the USVI and BVI. Might get expensive traveling back and forth so often as to attend school on one island and live on another.
