Heard a shred of this on the radio this morning. Haven't had a chance to see today's paper. Can anyone fill in the details?

Daily News jan 23 2012 Monday
"Daily News ask court to bar secret meetings"
"the daily news on Sunday filed a motion for a temporary restraining order against the the V. I legislative and V.I. Government Employees Retirement System..........the motion has the effect of canceling a secret meeting of the Legislative scheduled to be held today.......
Basically , daily News has three articles on Senate/ Governor meeting and another meeting between GERS and Legislative claiming the meetings violate Open Meeting Act.
According to the daily news, Senator Russell denied the meeting violates Open Meeting act , claiming it was a caucus.
