Does anyone know if the Danish Manor is open? I know it was sold recently but they don't answer the old number.

Danish Manor is closed for major renovations. Should be reopened in about 90-120 days.

Even adjusting for island time, this place had become a dump (too bad, too - there is potential). I'm guessing six months to a year, unless the intent is to reopen as a flop house (and I do NOT believe that is the intent).
