I'm confused--- are there no actual home tours this year? By 'driving tours' are you talking about the location of the homes in that area? We went in 2005 and enjoyed it so much! When I lived on the island back in the 70's my mom let me skip school to go on the home tours with her during my junior year at Good Hope. (one of my darkest year for grades I might add...) My husband agreed to go with me when we vacationed on the island back in 2005, humoring me I could tell, but he ended up really enjoying it as much as I did. We saw three weeks of homes and it was worth every penny.

hi Paula - The first two tours are actual home tours just like in 2005. You are able to walk into all the houses after you park. They are just calling them "driving tours" so people know they drive from the starting point, to the various houses. Sorry for the confusion!

Thank you,Joan! The year we went we were very impressed with how efficient the Landmark committee ran the day. No confusion as to where you were supposed to be and everything was on time. We were impressed by how the group worked together to make sure the event was a success. REALLY wish we could be there this year to go!
