an endodontist is someone who performs root canals and other minor tooth surgeries, among other things.

Hmm, Dr. Pomenanz (a "regular" dentist) does root canals, but he sends patients to Puerto Rico for some procedures. Dr. Horace Griffith is an oral surgeon. But endodontist, 'tis a puzzlement!

Dr. Michael Barrows 774-7220. On St. Thomas, Medical Arts center- just behind Banco Popular. He's a great dentist. Does root canals, etc.
