Anyone interested in moving to the islands are going to have their long list of questions. Through careful research, reading a lot of threads and asking of questions not yet covered, typically, once you have narrowed down decisions to where and how, what is left is what kind of community am I committing too? One can ask about certain communities but the perspective offered is varied based on taste, life style and the such. Keep in mind, you are sharing your opinion without being asked anything specific...till someone does!

Describe the community you live in or even the one you want to, or have already live in. Good, bad, and the ugly. Mix in your likes and dislikes, HOA's, bitchin sandwich stand, bogus neighbors, whatever. If privacy keeps you from opening up, well, describe A community. Does not necessarily mean you have to live in that community. I believe this social experiment would provide some final decision making insight for those who have narrowed down their decisions but find it hard to get a feel for a community. One can barely get a proper feel from a PMV without the opportunity to absorb their surroundings, even if they have locked in their living arrangements. This could very well prove to those searching areas that perhaps, that area they had not considered looks pretty awesome.

I currently live in San Diego so in this context, unless you are there thinking here, SD does not apply. All I can offer to the curious is this;

Thanks in advanced. I hope this can garner opinions that may help the curious observer, thinking about taking a leap...
