Hello! Chef here seeking work in the V.I.'s!! Anyone know of or looking for a chef? 15 years experience, extensive training in fine dining, catering. Currently executive sous chef at the Eastern Point Yacht Club in Gloucester Ma. Job ending after Columbus Day. I need to get the hell out of the COLD!! Couldn't bear another winter in the North East. Any suggestions GREATLY appreciated! THank You. Tim 🙂

Have you considered getting on job as chef on a week-long charter boat? Or how about on a yacht? Pamela might be able to give you some info in that department.
