Hello all. I lost my MP3 player a couple of weeks ago up on Upper Caret Bay Rd. on Crown Mountain STT. I know I had it when I carried all my stuff out to my car, but the light at work was broken so I couldn't see anything. I set everything on my car hood, opened the passenger door and dumped everything in. The next morning I realized my MP3 player was gone. I have looked around at the yard at work and can't find it and am now thinking it might have hitched a ride on the hood of the car for a little while. But with the bumps and holes in the road up there it couldn't have lasted long.

This thing is not an ipod, therefore it's useless to anyone else who would pick it up, as I have the only charger on the island for it.

Just curious if anyone knows of a metal detector rental place or if you have one could I borrow it from you or rent it from you whatever to scope out Upper Caret Bay Rd. sometime and see if I can't find it. I would sure hate to lose it, it was a gift but it's still of great value.

Thanks in advance!

Cory

Scremped, you are not a ghost.

I have no idea where you can rent or borrow a metal detector. I can tell you that I saw a fellow using one in August on Coki Beach. I didn't get the feeling he was a tourist. I was wondering if he had found the lovely pearly, diamond chip and white necklace I had lost on that beach two days earlier. (Very, very stupid of me.)

You might want to hang out at Coki, or ask some of the folks who work the beach if they know him. Perhaps he'll hire himself out to help you find your mp3 player. Good luck.

(If you do get to meet him, can you ask if he found my necklace? Pretty please?)
