I really don't know i have been there a couple of times i have ask some people in Tortola they tell me is worst that St thomas except for Phone service they say is better than Innovative. Does anyone here actually lived in the BVI?

The CATV system is owned by Innovative. It is in worse shape and more outdated than Innovative's systems in the USVI.

Yes but the phone company is cable & wireless and they tell me is better than innovative
