The rockefeller Dome on STX has a Cistern. If you call Avalon perhaps he can tell you more about it.

If you google under Domes you will get tons of sites with information. I believe the VI building code is now upgraded to the international code.

I'm an amateur astronomer, and would be interested in a SMALL dome for an observatory when I move down there. The dome would rotate on a low structure of concrete and block.

What materials do you use, and are you limited in what sizes you can construct? Light is good as long as it's strong.
