For donations to Dominica:

Hummingbird Air at Henry E Rohlson Airport is accepting donations.
(I called them to find out)

They said the items most needed are:
Food - canned, non perishable
Handi Wipes
Pampers

They also said that they think that Cost U Less is organizing donations.

STX Marine, in partnership with Paradise Freight, is organizing a container of goods to be shipped to Dominica. STX Marine is a drop off point as well. Their number is (340) 773-0289.

Also a drop-off point at Sunshine Mall (K-Mart west). Look for the Tropical Container near Banco Popular.

Water, non perishable food items, sanitary supplies for women and children, clothing are needed.

Monetary donations can be given thru the Community Foundation of the VI putting Dominca Relief in check memo section.
100% of funds collected will go to Dominica.

Good time to go thru your closets and pass on those items that don't fit or you haven't worn in ages for a good cause. Needless to say, they should be clean.
