Is there a difference in buyng a carton of cigarettes (Marlboro/red) "duty free" (price) and what it would cost at Kmart (price).

Are you referring to "duty free" as in airport duty free shops? The USVI is duty free island-wide, all stores, not just at the airport. Kmart is probably cheaper. Plaza Extra used to be the cheapest. I quit a long time ago, so not too up on it.

Thanks all for the information. I didn't know whether the "Duty Free" was an Airport thing or Island wide.
