I just got back from STX, while I was there I saw several Delta Homes on the island. Does anyone know if there is a local distributor or were they shipped in by the owners? It seem with the cost of concrete it could less expensive way to build. I know they're approved for rebuilding on the Gulf Coast.

Do you mean Deltec homes? Round (octagon) shaped homes? If so, there is a supplier on St. Thomas.

try force 10 homes out Australia with offices in Texas cheaper than the St John distributor .they have round and octagon floor plans
