Has anyone dealt with evicting tenants from rental properties in STX? I realize things move a little slower in the islands, and wondered if anyone had any info for me on this topic. I found nothing in the "search". From personal experience as a landlord, I have found it takes from 30 to 90 days, or sometimes more( you're not allowed to evict someone if it's raining the day it's scheduled!!) in Baltimore to get a nonpaying tenant out of a property. Thank you ALL for the info you give on this board! I'll be checking in again tomorrow.Matt.
