For you Realtors 🙂
Will the new extended home buyer credit ($8k for new home buyers, $6500 for existing home owners) automatically extend to the VI since its a federal credit or does the IRB need to get funding, etc? I also get the impression closing is extra slow so what would be a purchase date cut-off to be done by July 1, 2010?
