Hello, I would like some advice, have heard negative things about both Sterling and Plessen. Any comments or someone else to recommend on St Croix?

Thanks very much.

I use Strerling for the 28$ exam, fight with them for the prescription and then buy on line.

Exactly, Bombi.
What they charge for one pair of bifocals, you can get 5 in FL.
I think that's pretty much true for the majority of places, however.
Very expensive for new glasses and that's including the least expensive frames.

Agreeed! Hate all the eye doctors here and STT. So unprofessional. Went to the states, got RX and two nice pairs in two hours. Lol. I'd get the RX here if u have to and shop online also... maybe you can pop over to PR and check in the mall for one of those two hour places? Hell even if you have to stay one night in PR it would be worth it IMO to not deal with them here. Go to Greengos in Old San Juan - get a bandito and taquitos and thank me later! YUM!

I use Pleassan in stx for general Dr. and I do like them but never have used their eye services.

Ugh I need a good dentist on STX... one that will knock me out (massive anxiety)

Haven't - just talking about it spikes my anxiety. Will try to call him.

my son when he was a kid had 4 teeth pulled all on the same day-no problems. he goes to the dentist last year as an adult-passes out, they had to prescribe Valium for him for his next couple of trips

I usually get lorazepam. I can't get in the car until I'm partially knocked out, just for cleanings. Fiancé drives of course lol. Funny story was last time at the dentist I woke up on the couch (stateside) with three Jamba juice cups and Taco Bell and chic-fil-a wrappers all stuck to me. I had zero recollection but my fiancé said it was hilarious and that I insisted on going back to those places twice because I didn't remember having it! Hahah! Man I would love jamba and chic right now! Ha!
