I am a 45 year old mom of a 7 yr old daughter and my family was Navy when I was growing up.We moved a lot.At first after growing up and moving away I thought I had been cheated by moving so much in my young years, but now I clearly see (after 3 strokes and learning to walk and talk again)that I had stories and knowledge of people and places that others will NEVER have.I moved west when I was 34,lived there 10 years, moved to Kodiak Alaska, and since I miss my younger years in the fla. keys islands,I will be moving for the LAST time to where my heart takes me.To STT.My daughter will get to grow up in paradise, and I will know that she (and I)will never regret my choices. Her experiences with different people will be many(as mine have been) and it makes you a better person that has lived OUT LOUD and had those many stories to live out.The people that are remembered in life (and afterwards) are the ones who REALLY LIVED. Think about it,and GO FOR IT-ALWAYS!!!!!!
