*does the ferry run regular from st thomas to st croix,and can you move building materials from st thomas to st croix

There is no regular, year-round passenger ferry between STT and STX. There are two boats, the Mary G and the Norma H, that make weekly freight runs. I don't know how much it costs.

And, during season, there is a high-speed passenger ferry. But I don't think they take anything larger than luggage. I'm sure you could always hire a boat to do your shipping, though.
