Well after 5 months of planning and researching the three of us are finally here. Arrived on STX March 6. we've been here 2 and a half weeks now. We move into our apatrment April 1. Mt. Pleasant East area. We've been living at the Hibiscus which has been great but we're ready for our own place. This message board and the people/locals on it have made our our first 3 weeks effortless. Any "inconveniences" we've had we were prepaired for so it was like no big deal. The locals have been over the top helpful with eveything we needed help with. STX is everything and more than what I expected. I will still miss the change of seasons though. The north is in my blood and always will be. Spring and fall are my favorites. Every place has it's own distinct beauty. But for now I will enjoy the beauty of the USVI. Over and out.
