one attraction to your island is the deep water so close to the marinas. ive read that some of the fish might be contaminated there? is there a group of locals that fish often?

next time i'm there i'll spend more time at the marina asking questions....but my goal is to find a place where i can get to deep water quickly and fish at my convenience (rather than every time out being a huge ordeal).

any info on the pelagic fishing will be appreciated.
