The Yellow Pages says these folks deliver:

- Margie's Blossoms, in Gallows Bay, 340-773-2997

There may be others who deliver, but they don't mention it in their listings.
You could also hire a gofer to do the delivery for you from any shop.

That's right, I live in Sugar Land, Texas. In early June, I'll be joining my wife in STX however. She's been working hard running a business and I wanted to surprise her with some flowers.

Call Kim at By Special Arrangement in Caravelle Arcade -- 719-7101; she does beautiful things and will deliver.

I always use Barbaras Flower Shop 340-778-5221 and have great experiences with them so far. They deliver for very reasonable prices as well.

I called that morning and the flowers were there by noon. They were GORGEOUS! Highly recommend their service.

Thank you for all the suggestions. Mission accomplished - the flowers were delivered today. . I called Special Arrangement and my wife liked the flowers. It was a bit pricey at $75 for a dozen roses + $10 delivery but it is the Virgin Islands, right? Anyway, wife is happy so it was worth it.
