Sigh. St Thomas had their carnival Market Fair Day yesterday, and just like the St Croix Ag Fair, they don't publish a map of participants with food products and where they are at the fair.

The fairs are only a few days, and for the STT fair, it's only one day. There was a participant who had a restaurant on STT that closed last year, and I loved her innnovative cuise, Well, she was at the fair yesterday, but I had already purchased prepared food from a few other vendors, so didn't have room to add her food. If I had known she was there, I would have purchased from her instead of another vendor.

Next food fair is on STJ in July, I think, but not many vendors from STT or STX can afford to come over. Let's see is STJ can improve on STT and STX.

Ha, ha! I'll be boring you with my STT food fair slideshow soon come, so stay tuned!
