Hi all, I am 52 and retired on About $2500 a month and am thinking of trying to move to Fredriksted, St. Croix. So I am looking at the price of a room with a private bath, NO kids, no smoking, no pets. am not sure of what else I need. any feed back, or E-mail would be appreciated? Terry Shoemaker.

You should be able to find a small apartment/studio/efficiency on your income. But it will be difficult until you are actually here. But there will be places.
