Anybody know anything about this place? http://www.stthomasvirginisland.com/rates.html

It looks like a great place to rent for our first month on STT while we secure jobs and an apartment. $800 or a studio for the month would save us a lot of money on hotels and such, and we will have a car so location isn't TOO important, as long as we can get places in a half hour or so. If anybody knows anything about it, any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much!

Personally I don't know about it but it's been advertised for quite some time now on craigslist. The advertisers promote the pool which is obviously shared but which I recall they don't really make clear. It seems very small once that Murphy bed is set down. It's up high in Frenchman's Bay in an area that requires a vehicle.

That's all I have to offer but if you can get it on a temporary basis at a good price and you're planning on having a rental vehicle right away then it might suit.

Ask for additional pictures as well as directions for exact location and exactly what is included in rental amount..

Don't know which house. Freachman's bay is a nice hood, centrally located between down town and east end. High-up normally means good breezes and view. (unless it's under stroy apartment.) Car is good idea.

It does appear to be a pretty good deal. And you would definitely need a car!

Frenchman's Bay is on south side which is hot all day so you may want to see if unit has an A/C if you are not used to doing without.
Things usually get cooler by the middle to end of Nov. and we all eagerly aniticpated not paying WAPA as much $$ when winter rolls around!
Today was a scorcher!

My home in Frenchmans Bay had plenty of cross-air cooling.
