What is the law in regards to gas poered scooters on St. Thomas, any age restrictions Etc., my kids ride them state side and want to bring them with them. We are moving down from Washington State where there are no age restictions.

According to an article this week in the VI Daily News, the scooters as well as the drivers need to be licensed. You must be 16 to be licensed.
This applies even if the scooters are used in a parking lot, since the parking lot is attached to a public road.
