Anyone catch the meteor showers last night? I wasn't aware of it but when I stepped outside at one point I saw 3 meteors within 30 seconds. I called in to my wife and while waiting for her to come out I saw two more. We sat out for 30 minutes and counted 52. This morning I learned it was peak night for the Geminids. Tonight should be good viewing, too. They originate towards the east but most we saw were in the vacinity of Orion.
