Hi all! Yes, it's me again! I've been searching all day trying to find information about getting a real estate license in the Virgin Islands. I currently hold a license here in NC and am looking at different ideas for work for when we move (not for a year or two) and couldn't pull up the gov website for some reason. Anyone go through this or have any info? I know I probably have to be a broker or something here...

Thanks!
Amanda

Thanks! I know in someplaces if you have your brokers license, they just make you do whatever updates and tests/fees so that you wouldn't have to take a step down to saleperson. I found that info as well and I put in a call to them last week but never heard anything back.

Thanks again!
Amanda

Hello Amanda,

Call them again, and again until you get through and get your answer. Call backs are rarely done... particular when dealing with a gov't office here. You'll get the information, just need to be persistant.
