GLASS BLOCK

i was just wondering if anyone on the island installed glass block windows ,walls, glass block shower stalls? i see it in some of the homes on the mls and was just wondering if anyone specialized in it. thanks kenny

It is very easy, no mortar required. Home depot carries everything you'll need. They stack together w/ a frame like "connect four"

We used glass block in our house on Stx.Worked out great .We also made a wall for our shower with glass block no door or shower curtain. Go to the glass block web sites for all the info on how to do it. The block sets much like tile.

We got the block on island.You need to plan the space it goes into carefully , because you cant trim the glass. Lots of choices in patterns ,colors ect.
