Glass Tile on STT

Hi everyone

Continuing with my research for our upcoming remodel so I was wondering if anyone on STT knows where to find glass tile for a kitchen back splash - I know of Interiors and (obviously) Home Depot but are there more places that carry a large (well large for the VI's anyway) selection of higher end glass tile.

Thanks everyone, and happy Monday 🙂

Pia

Floor Factory carries some of the Bisazza tile line, or they did a year or two ago when I last looked.

I recently remodeled and installed a few hundred square feet of glass mosaic tile. Bought most online. Saved a bunch and got exactly what I wanted. Ordered samples from several places.

While searching for the Floor Factory in Sub Base Phone# 776-8787 in the Yellow Pages there were lots of ads for glass tiles in PR - My bet is Interiors has the best selection on STT but [ call Floor Factory and ask.]
Could they custom make your tile for you at the Maho Glass workshop or Kilnworks in STT??

Hi,
I am a tile contractor from Virginia, one day i will move to the island. You should look on line at different companies and check prices.
Daltile has a good selection on line. Morris Tile on line.

Found one of the suppliers I used:

http://www.wholesalersusainc.com/

I think they mailed the samples directly to me. When I placed the full order I had it sent to Miami Tropical. Shipping is never cheap on heavy or bulky items but it was still a good deal.

I ordered several samples from the Giorbello "Atlantis" collection. Pictures on their website were not great. I was happily surprised at the quality and look (and price!) of this 3/4" iridescent tile and used a light blue color for one of the bathrooms. Nice effect-- when the morning sun comes through the glass block and illuminates the bathroom it looks like an underwater scene. The tile cost half of Bisazza and I liked it better!

I am still looking for the other supplier name/site.

Thank you! I didn't even think MSI would have glass tile but will check there too. Appreciate the leads. Thanks!
