When does the Choice internet switch over to Innovative? They sent me an email asking me to make sure my record is correct so they can notify me, but the submission form didn't work, and they didn't give an exact date.

I wonder if BBVI will step up and increase speed also.

The switch was mentioned in the article linked. Call and ask them.

I was hoping to avoid calling. I'll wait until it's time to make my payment and do everything at one time since I couldn't respond to the email.

they are in the midst (so i hear) of upgrades to do just that.

They have been "in the midst" of upgrading for the past two years. Time to look elsewhere.

They have been "in the midst" of upgrading for the past two years. Time to look elsewhere.
I told mike I'd be his customer again once they upgrade...
I currently pay innovative 100$ a month for my 25d/2u Mb/s & am fairly happy with it (though it's not as consistent as I'd like it to be).

At home I pay $44.99 for 50 up / 50 down.

You had me going there - I just got 3.24 down 1.01 up on BBVI. It's enough - barely.

I'm torn...I want to support BBVI because I like Mike and others who work there and I really have hated and mistrusted Innovate for years.
But I need the speed!
