We will be relocating to St.Croix in the early summer of 2006. My experience is extensive in the graphic design field. Currently the creative director for a major publishing company, plus Hallmark Cards experience and freelancing. What would be the job outlook in this field and or who would be good to contact?

Why not look at virtual office work with company, publication etc in the mainland US. There not that many outlets down here and competition is fierce. Pay could well be be an hourly wage and one that will make you widen your eyes.
Modern techno-whizz means that everything can be done "on-line".
