Pats on the back all the way around for today's experience at JFL -STX hospital. From the greeter to the nurses to the doctors to the orderlies - not enough praise to go around. Caring, kind, efficient, friendly and professional. Please pass along praise!

Buck, let us know how the billing experience works out. 18 months later they are still sending me bills in error and bills for what I already paid. I honestly can't wait for them to take me to court.
The care in the hospital, and the rehab, was excellent.

Check out letters to the editor in the Avis two or three days ago for another positive experience at JFL. The writer is a friend of mine. And believe me he wouldn't say it if it wasn't so. (tu)
