The rumor is true. Both the marina and Tamarind Reef Hotel are being sold. I'm not sure if the deal has closed yet but will shortly. Plans are to expand the hotel considerably.

Great news for St. Croix and the East End!

Will the marina survive after the sale? Not too many places to dock the boat on STX.

Have not heard this rumor but I'm sure the marina will survive. They just finished refurbishing the walls at I'm sure great expense.

I believe that Green Cay has pending permits for expansion of the marina.

Warren says he has not been informed of a sale.

I knew a sale was pending, just wasn't sure if the rumor of it being sold and a 'done deal' was true. I would assume Mr. Mosler would know since he is one of the current owners...

Oh he knows...he's just not saying.

It's prudent not to say anything until a deal is signed, sealed and delivered.
