have you tried growing mushrooms in STT? I haven't moved there yet but am planning on having a garden and trying to grow everything I can!!! I found this website that you can buy kits from. I haven't tried them yet but was planning on doing so when I get there.

Thanks - my main problem right now is water! We haven't had rain and my place doesn't have grey water. I share a cistern with a family of nine and don't want to tie up the water .... so, am trying some new drip irrigation with these latest. Will let you know.
