Hillary at La Luna, not downtown but at Compass Point Marina East end. She is by far the best, mani and pedis are awesome too!

I fly to San Juan for my hair cuts. :@) <--- This is me gloating a little, okay a lot.
I get the full barber experience, hair wash, great cut, razor to the neck, back massage and all the trimmins' for only 10 bucks plus tip. I wish that was still common in the states.
