Hi all,

I am not that weather saavy BUT, this appears to have been a water vapor cloud (no Sahara dust even close) - marine layer is what we see frequently on the west coast because of an inversion layer (has something to do with heat and cool layers along with no wind) and it sits low to the ground.

We were very socked in out by the East End, but also had some rain go by with it. It was very bizarre but similar to what we have experienced on the West Coast. Glad to see that is has moved on.....get some wind and there you go.
