AandA said she couldn't get hbo go. HBO Now is available here, and I guess that's a recent update, because it wasn't when I inquired a few months ago.
They have some free trial offers.

HBO Now been working for a minute. I've had it from since March. HBO Go doesn't which sucks because HBO Go is free once you got a HBO sub vs. paying for HBO Now as a standalone.
