Is anyone familiar with setting up an LLC, for my cleaning business, and attempting to acquire group health insurance? Is this possible?

Go to Lt. Governor's Office and get and pay for a Trade Name application.
They will be able to help you.

There's been a lot of discussion here on group health insurance for companies with only 2 or 3 employees.
