Please send some of the STT rain over to STX. So hot, dry and still here. WAY to early too early for this kind of weather.

Some weather come tomorrow, it seems early for the trades to stop, it's also funny how the warmer temps and higher humidity affects the snowbirds, usually the exit date is tax time but some are talking it's getting hot and time to go, slow mon, walk on the shady side of the street, enjoy the tropics, mon, do some limin

This graph for the last 5 days shows the recent change in wind direction clearly.

Not me! I'm loving this weather (I HATE the Christmas winds) and am staying longer this year--mid May!

I was contemplating using my A/C! Horrors! I had hoped to get another couple of months free from having my WAPA bill climb.
Last year, I think I managed to get to May before had to give up and use the A/C but it has been pretty warm for barely being
into the month of March.

Last night's rain in STT was a welcome relief and a cooling one as well.
Hope you got some in STX. Very overcast and breezy here this morning as well

Good morning,

On the East End of STX we had a nice shower last night, cooled down the air nicely, actually a bit chilly this morning, feels good.

Great for the plants and cistern. Rained overnight on STX so current went out for a few hours - Thanks WAPA for reminding me what the generator sounds like.

Great long rain all last and it's still raining this am on the west end. But not so good for two of my kitties who were locked out on the porch last night...I didn't hear them crying until the rain died down. 🙁 they got quite the soaking, poor things.

Im not going to have to water my garden for a WEEK! Its still off and on Northside STT. Rained all evening here and into the night last night. Gonna take a nice long shower as the cistern is FULL. Lovin it. I was also woken up by this guy banging on the glass door.... he must have made it in last night. Cool & WEIRD!

Sure is a pretty and colorful little bugger.
Wonder what it is?
Sort of looks like a stink bug but more colorful.

I guess our heat wave is over, thank goodness, as I am reaching for my sweater.
LOVE IT!!!:D

You're right! A horned stink bug - Loxa flavicollis. Good thing I put him back outside.

Ya gotta come by and get some plants from the garden soon, they're not sprouts anymore! The squash is 2 feet tall already! Yikes. STJ tomorrow to hopefully buy a car.
