We are considering a small studio condo purchase on St. Thomas. Can anyone recommend a quality home inspection service? I have found a few but am hoping someone on this forum has a good referral, thanks in advance.

Hope you have cash as banks and other mortgage lenders do not offer any financing on many of the condo associations here in the VI, especially if they are self insured.
