Hi,
We will be arriving on STX in early September and really would like to find a house sitting postition. Any one have any leads for us?
We are a mature couple, no kids, no pets and will be working to create a Wellness Center at the Buccaneer hotel.

We've been looking for the same thing......watch the newspaper at www.virginislandsdailynews.com The classified section usually has a house-sitting spot in the rentals area....

just a reminder...
the vi daily news is a st thomas based paper. if you're looking at the classified section, make sure that it states that the house location is in st croix if you're looking to move to st croix. just a heads up.

I know....most of the STX listings say that they are on STX....wish there was a paper for STX that I could get hold of before I get there in a couple of weeks.....they should all be online by now!!!! 🙂 Guess that is the beauty of the islands....time forgotten. I love it!

ya... the st croix avis hasn't gotten up to speed yet with modern technology. the daily news is a better paper in general, but it sure would be nice if the avis put their info online. also check out www.visource.com for their classifieds. usually there's not much there, but it's always worth a shot.
