It seems like there have been fewer outages this year than during the same time last year. The cost of fuel isn't tied to the number of days the power is out. We paid $1000 last time we filled our generator's tank.

I know the price of fuel is not tight with power outages? what i am saying is every time you loose power and the Generator starts working is consuming fuel in that since the more outages the more fuel you will waste???? if there is no outages the tank will continue full of fuel.

When you use power in your home, you either pay for the power you use from WAPA or you pay for the fuel you use from the generator. If I'm still not answering your question, you might try easing up on the ???s and focusing more on your grammar so that I can better ascertain what you're trying to find out.

I've only been here ~ 20 months, so my answer is limited by that time.

My experience is that the frequency of power and phone outages depends on exactly where you live. Certain power feeds/lines have had more problems than others. I live in an area that has been plagued by frequent outages. Supposedly the problem has been fixed-- we'll see.

The power in my area went out frequently in the summer of 2006 and again in the late summer of 2007. By frequently, I mean almost daily, sometimes multiple times per day. Sometimes the outages were only seconds long, sometimes several hours, and occasionally for days.

The phones lines in my neighborhood have also been recurrent problem. Crossing my fingers, but it has been better lately. The phones have been out frequently enough to cause me to use a different internet source. I would like to use DSL through Innovative but I don't want my phone AND internet to be down simultaneously. Instead, I use Choice for my internet and pay an obscene amount of money for a very slow wireless DSL connection.

LOL, while I was typing this my power went out. It was just my computer power, though. The AC adapter just died. It's new. That's three severe computer crashes and one malfunctioning AC adapter all within the last month. This year is not starting out well...

You need to chill out rokipatel. Why are you insulting a regular poster that was only trying to help you and actually took time to answered your question. dntw8up is very intelligent and a great resource. Your question marks make it seem like you're always yelling. Not an attractive trait. You are going to run out of people that will bother with you at this rate.

I have no idea what your first question was, it made no sense. The second question you asked is very much a common sense question. Of coarse the fuel will still be there if you don't use it. Some might evaporate. It it disappears on you, you have a leak.

No, I only use Choice's internet. I have cable and phone from Innovative.

Innovative's cable is not good, at least in my location. Frequent drop-out of signal, pixellation, and generally poor quality. And the usual VI customer (dis)service issues.

I have never "complained about something that has nothing to do with the question." I've stated that your question is unintelligible and suggested you might try reformulating your question so that it can be better understood. I know that Spanish is your first language but because this forum is in English, you need to ask your questions in language we can understand. I have answered your questions to the best of my ability, both on this board and in the private messages you've sent me, but since you don't appreciate my efforts, I won't bother anymore.
